Beautiful and Amazing!

Beautiful and Amazing! High quality , vibrant colour ,smooth and creamy texture , delicious notes of umami , a fresh nutty flavour. So good by itself as well as sweetened. I love it and now this is my go to matcha

Great Quality Okumidori First Harvest Matcha

Okumidori First Harvest Matcha

Great quality matcha. It's quite hard to find Okumidori matcha in the UK. The taste is quite crisp yet mellow but full of subtle notes. It has such a clean, refined character that I kept reaching for another cup. For matcha latte I prefer an extra scoop to make it little stronger.

My favourite matcha! 10 out of 10

Heapwell Okumidori ceremonial matcha is officially my favourite matcha!

Taste: 10 out of 10
Colour: 10 out of 10
Umami: 10 out of 10
Texture: 10 of 10 (it is quite creamy than other matcha's available which proves this one is stone ground)
Pricing: 10 out of 10

The only extra investment I would recommend is heapwell uji no mori matcha along with a matcha sift.

Delicious and smooth to drink

It is sooo delicious and smooth to drink. This is on par with their Tenmyo matcha but has completely different tasting notes. I use this okumidori matcha mainly for strong matcha lattes and Tenmyo for plain traditional usucha.

Perfect Heapwell Okumidori

The flavour of this matcha is absolutely perfect. The colour was so good and it tasted so well balanced, smooth and creamy with just oat milk. I prefer Okumidori cultivar and this is the best okumidori matcha that I have ever tasted. Full 10 out of 10.
