Arrived but no customer service

Order arrived quickly. Only issue was the electric hand whisk screw-on cap was stuck fast and it took forever to try to open it. I did contact customer service email address the same day of delivery, but never heard back from anyone, and still haven't til this day. Is there anybody there? It's fine. Items not super impressive and the matcha tea is bog standard
