This matcha is absolutely fantastic! I make matcha lattes every morning with it -- its rich, delicate and not bitter at all, a very mild matcha taste but amazing quality and bright green. I'm fairly new to matcha but I fear I won't be trying any other brand besides this haha!

TOP NOTCH!!!! I have spent days researching matchas to make at home, and everything is either constantly sold out, will arrive in a few weeks or the reviews are mixed. This is by far the BEST tasting matcha I’ve tried I will definitely be making repeat purchase! The color is a beautiful green, it’s incredibly smooth and sweet smelling.

This matcha powder is one of the most affordable ones i’ve come across, $99/500g pack is insanely amazing! and don’t allow the price fool you into thinking the quality won’t show up because it definitely does!! the vibrant deep green powder ensuring the matcha is high quality, stone milled giving the texture a smooth and creamy mouthfeel as well as frothy up nicely, Rich umami is also refreshing and vegetal with low to no bitterness!

Smooth, gentle, balanced with a creamy layer. This is all you need for making lattes which are of gourmet quality. Exactly what I needed. Japanese premium matcha for reasonable price.

Best Premium grade matcha. I've tried several ("ceremonial grade"), and everytime I come back to this one, because it's color and taste is superior. You don't need finest grade matcha to make lattes. This specific grade is crafted for lattes which gets the right flavour and colour out of it.

Really good and high grade ceremonial matcha for daily use. I think this is the perfect beginner matcha which also suits well for making incredible lattes. Good quality, good amount of matcha, blends and foams easily, and is overall a nice, slightly vegetal and slightly umami flavor. Highly recommend, especially for lattes that tastes better than baristas!

The color is vibrant, and the taste is everything you'd want in a high grade matcha. It blends extremely well in both hot water and milk (for a cold whisk)! This is my go-to, always. I can't recommend it enough!

This is my regular matcha for my popup cafe. The taste is smooth and colour is deep green. There is no matcha in market that can be in par with this product. Customer service has been excellent as well.

This is my favorite matcha! I’ve purchased many different brands and this is the most affordable and has a great taste! Absolute banger for the price and size.

Perfect ceremonial grade matcha.

I’m a matcha lover 🍵 and I have been trying so many brands on the market, since I came across Heapwell Matcha I have to say that this is the best one i ever had. At first I bought 30g to try it out and few days later I ordered 1kg because of a quality of matcha that I have been searching for. I’m highly recommended for the quality and value.

Excellent first starter kit at a fantastic price, would recommend it for those wishing to try Green Matcha Tea.👍

This is a great matcha, I would highly recommend this for any new beginners and matcha lovers.

Definitely an improvement on then one we used to use, and better options for bulk buy!

excellent service.

WHAT IS MATCHA GREEN TEA?
Matcha is a finely ground Green Tea powder made from the young and nutrient rich leaves of the tea plant. The tea dates back to the 8th century, when it was originally used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies. Unlike most teas, with matcha, you're not drinking a tea-infused water-based concoction, you're actually consuming tea leaves in a powdered form.
HOW TO MAKE MATCHA GREEN TEA?
-
1/4 teaspoon of matcha
-
Add warm water & stir
-
Top up with hot water
MATCHA GREEN TEA BENEFITS

LOADED WITH CATECHIN, EGCg
Not all antioxidants are created equal. Green tea contains a specific set of organic compounds known as catechins. Among antioxidants, catechins are the most potent. The powdering process of making matcha increases the catechin contents, especially EGCG.

CLEANSE & DETOX
Matcha comes from the same plant that produces both black and green tea. But it comes down to how the plant is grown and the processes after the tea leaves have been picked. Unlike other teas, to produce Matcha, the leaves grow in the shade in the final month of growth. Shade growing causes a tremendous increase in chlorophyll and L-theanine production in Matcha. The resulting high levels of chlorophyll which aids detox and give this tea its beautiful vibrant green color.
ENERGY LEVELS & ENDURANCE
Matcha contains half the amount of caffine as a espresso, but it works differently to the caffeine from the coffee. Matcha contains distinctive amino acid called -theanine, which is a slow release caffeine and produces calm energy boost as opposed to the caffeine spike rom coffee which gives jitters.
