I’ve tried a number of Matchas including a number of more expensive ones in the UK. I like this one as it clearly stands out. It has a nice smooth flavor, nice colour and good creamy texture. It mixes more easy than some others I’ve tried. And most importantly to me, the caffeine content is just right. I’ve found some other matches that have too strong a caffeine hit leaving me a bit buzzy. This one doesn’t but does give me good well balanced energy boost. Truly full 5 stars and I keep buying it.

Got it as a gift for someone's that loves matcha .. they loved it

Best matcha to make at home, perfect vibrant green color, and tastes very aromatic.

I love my matcha set it’s literally perfect glad I purchased it!

I've gone through countless bags of this matcha. It's always a beautiful bright green color and has a lovely, sweet smell. The taste is rich earthy, intense, and fresh. There is no bitterness or overpowering astringyness. I always have backups of this so I never run out.

OBSESSED. It tastes so good and the quality is great!!! The color is a vibrant green, which is a must have for a good matcha.

I’m definitely a matcha newbie, and I never really cared for the taste before. But I learned more about it and felt comfortable ordering heapwell ceremonial matcha, and let me tell you. It’s amazing. I drink it everyday now. I’ll keep ordering this one after the others I tried were gross. This tastes awesome.

Tasty matcha!

Wanted to buy a good ceremonial grade matcha that isn't too expensive and this was it. It is taking me awhile to get the ratio right but 1 1/2 teaspoons seems like a good amount for matcha lattes. I did a lot of research prior and found that this matcha tastes good and is high quality ceremonial matcha at an affordable price.

Imperial grade by name and taste. Truly amazing find.

This heapwell ceremonial grade matcha pack is ideal for matcha drinkers for making tea and lattes. It has a rich colour and fresh aroma of high grade matcha.

As promised. This will be my repeat purchase. Thanks

Has the matcha taste I die for. No weird ingredients or added sugar. Maybe expensive but little goes king way. Blends if you stir with warmer water first. Great for energy boost. I’ll be getting more, this is the one. I use a separate frother.

Delightful. Vibrant green colour. Gentle yet vibrant taste. NO bitterness and grainy feeling. Affordable matcha for a great pricing for such a big pack.

One of my favorite matcha finds so far. It’s a little pricey, but worth it. And still way cheaper than getting the artificial stuff from popular coffee shops.

WHAT IS MATCHA GREEN TEA?
Matcha is a finely ground Green Tea powder made from the young and nutrient rich leaves of the tea plant. The tea dates back to the 8th century, when it was originally used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies. Unlike most teas, with matcha, you're not drinking a tea-infused water-based concoction, you're actually consuming tea leaves in a powdered form.
HOW TO MAKE MATCHA GREEN TEA?

1/4 teaspoon of matcha

LOADED WITH CATECHIN, EGCg
Not all antioxidants are created equal. Green tea contains a specific set of organic compounds known as catechins. Among antioxidants, catechins are the most potent. The powdering process of making matcha increases the catechin contents, especially EGCG.

CLEANSE & DETOX
Matcha comes from the same plant that produces both black and green tea. But it comes down to how the plant is grown and the processes after the tea leaves have been picked. Unlike other teas, to produce Matcha, the leaves grow in the shade in the final month of growth. Shade growing causes a tremendous increase in chlorophyll and L-theanine production in Matcha. The resulting high levels of chlorophyll which aids detox and give this tea its beautiful vibrant green color.
ENERGY LEVELS & ENDURANCE
Matcha contains half the amount of caffine as a espresso, but it works differently to the caffeine from the coffee. Matcha contains distinctive amino acid called -theanine, which is a slow release caffeine and produces calm energy boost as opposed to the caffeine spike rom coffee which gives jitters.
