This Matcha powder comes in a small tin that's well-sealed. The quantity is on the smaller side, but so is the recommended serving size. The tin itself is well-designed, featuring an inner plastic lid, with the powder sealed inside a small mylar bag. I assumed the powder should be poured into the tin and sealed with the plastic lid to keep it airtight and protected from light. The powder is finely ground and has a great appearance. According to the instructions, a single serving is just 1/2 a teaspoon per 80 ml of warm water, a tiny amount that is quite potent. I don't have a matcha bamboo whisk, but this rechargeable electric frother works well for mixing. The matcha is potent and refined.

Fantastic matcha powder. I purchased it after experiencing a tea ceremony in Japan, and the taste and aroma are perfect, making for an excellent drink. Be sure to use a traditional bamboo matcha whisk—I’ve found it gives the best results compared to the electric ones people often use!
