Love this brand. I've tried many different more expensive or cheaper matcha brands from the local Japanese grocery store and also online, but this one has no bitterness and a nice umami flavor. Very bright green color when the bag is opened. Leave it in the fridge once opened.

Good quality matcha tea. Very tasty. Stays fresh in a bag included inside the canister. This is the greenest matcha I have ever seen. Colour is the indicator how good the matcha is.
